Founded by Dr. A. Kent Allen in 1996, Virginia Equine Imaging has consistently led the field in veterinary diagnostics and treatments for equine athletes. Dr. Allen has served as the Federation Equestre Internationale (FEI) Foreign Veterinary Delegate for the 1999 Pan American Games, the 2000 Olympic Games, and the 2012 Olympic Games. He was also the 2010 World Equestrian Games Veterinary Services Manager. Currently, he is the Chairman of the USEF Veterinary Committee, the FEI National Head Veterinarian for the United States, and serves on the FEI List Committee.
